Abstract: Recently, it is not tranquil between US and China. The United states increases nearly a 50% of tariff. This is bound to influence many things between these two countries such as interest rate, inflation and so many. This essay talks about the Sino-US trade war, including its causing factors and influences on clothing industry in Zhejiang province. The prediction is that many companies which were used to cooperate with America will stop the corporation and turn their sights to some other countries which have high technology like Calcutta in India. What’s more, as for the profits of these companies, it will show a downward trend in the short time period but will become normal in long run.
