Wenzhou-Kean University. | Abstract: | With the increasing material and cultural needs of our people, watching movies has become the most popular and popular form of entertainment. The film industry is booming. In order to expand the scale of production and assets, more and more film and television companies choose to go public. However, going public is a double-edged sword. It can not only improve the financial situation of the company and make the asset scale continuously expand, but also make the financial situation of the company transparent and lose privacy. This thesis firstly collected data of two film companies as representatives, analyzing their financial abilities by selecting 9 financial indicators as research variables from 2014 to 2016. To conclude, after going public, these two companies got a lot of financing. However, due to many difficulties of Chinese film industry, the profitability and development ability of them is still not optimistic. In order to get improvement, the film company should create new measures to adapt to the new media era. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12540/616 |
