dc.description.abstract	The research aims to determine whether there is a significant difference between state-owned companies and private companies in real estate area in terms of performance. Panel analysis were used in order to run regression analysis from the sample formed by 15 SOEs and 15 POEs during 2015 to 2018. It was found that there is a significant difference between SOEs and POEs in terms of ROA. The finding of this research may suggest in POEs are more efficient in company management.	en_US
