Abstract: This paper is about assessing the impact of BREXIT on UK financial institutions. At the beginning of June 2016, the Britain held the BREXIT referendum, and more than half of the voters were determined to leave EU. However, the British government’s final decision has not been made. Therefore, there is an uncertain condition in UN, EU and even the world. In this paper, it will show British domestic financial market situations, the relationships among UK and EU, even the world after the BREXIT referendum. By using t test and regression methodology, this paper interprets the BREXIT has an impact on British financial markets, and the fluctuation of British financial market leads to a change on European market.
