Abstract: The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) and the People's Bank of China play important roles in the bank operational regulations. This paper concentrate on regulation perspectives to evaluate the situation of Chinese state-owned banks’ loan transaction in recent years. The following parts are discussed: (1) the main impact of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission’s regulations on Chinese bank loan structure in the recent 5 years; (2) the impact of non-performing loans on the profitability of Chinese bank credit business in the recent 10 years; (3) loan prime rate (LPR) pricing in new loans; (4) t monitoring mechanism used by Chinese banks on the application of government's credit policy——‘‘intensify targeted financial poverty alleviation”.
