Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate Chinese Sino-international students’ internship experience. By using an in-depth interview method, four carefully selected participants who study at Wenzhou-Kean University in China, are interviewed and recorded. The results reveal that students who undertake international education have some disadvantages when internship in a Chinese company. Besides that, this study also unearths some drawbacks of the Chinese company internship system. These findings supplied Sino-internship college students' views on internship experience who experience international education and provide useful suggestions to the company to upgrade its internship program.
