Abstract: This presentation is a case study of what the SUSTech Library has done over the past three years in light of the ten things to do as discussed in Reimaging the Academic Library, the widely acclaimed book written by David W. Lewis. It is a story of a team of librarians, experienced or inexperienced, working at an emerging university with a grand ambition to build a world-class university that excels in education, research and innovation. Examples of their work studied include: space development, implementation of Alma+Primo, learning and research support, and development of institutional repository, etc.
