Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore US-China Trade War from 2018 to 2019 and its impacts on stock markets. It is explained why US and China conflict with each other when trading, what actions the two parties did and how those actions affect the stock market in US, China and the other affected countries. Difference in mean and regression analysis are used to identify if and how stock markets are affected by the trade war. The final goal is to help Chinese investors have a clear vison of the trade war from a macroscopic perspective and therefore be able to make a wiser decision to protect from the US-China trade war from 2018 to 2019.
