Abstract: Mycobacterium abscessus is a species of rapidly growing nontuberculous mycobacteria that is frequently associated with opportunistic infections in humans. Here, we report the annotated genome sequence of M. abscessus strain M94, which showed an unusual cluster of tRNAs.
